Who we are
MindStack is a software team based in Suva, Fiji. We design and build websites and applications and operate the cloud infrastructure underneath them. For anything in this policy, write to saurabnand951@gmail.com.
What this site collects automatically
In your browser, nothing. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no advertising, social or tracking scripts. It makes no requests to third-party domains at all — every asset is served from our own domain.
Our host records standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, the page requested and your browser's user agent. Those logs exist so the site can be delivered and abuse can be investigated. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Browser storage
If you switch between light and dark mode, we save a single value in your browser's local storage under the key ms-theme, containing the word light or dark. Nothing is written unless you change the theme, and the value is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Clearing your site data removes it.
The contact form
When you submit the form on our contact page we receive the fields you filled in: your name, your email address, which of web, app or infrastructure you need, an optional budget range, and the context you describe.
We use it for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope the work. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list. There is no newsletter and no automated follow-up sequence.
Who else handles it
To deliver the site and your message, these services process data on our behalf:
- Vercel
- Website hosting and delivery. Server logs, including IP address and user agent, and contact form submissions in transit.
- Resend
- Email delivery for the contact form. The contents of your enquiry and your email address.
- Google (Gmail)
- The mailbox that receives enquiries. Your enquiry, retained as business correspondence.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our mailbox as ordinary business correspondence, so we have a record of what was discussed. If an enquiry does not become a project, there is no separate system it gets copied into — the site itself stores nothing. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email saurabnand951@gmail.com and we will respond within one business day. Because the only thing we normally hold is an email thread, these requests are usually quick to action.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or who processes it, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle an existing enquiry would be raised with you directly rather than buried here.
