This website is published by MindStack, based in Suva, Fiji. By using it you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Nothing on this website is a contract, a quote, or a binding offer. Project work is governed by a separate agreement — a proposal, statement of work, or services contract signed by both sides. Where anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Using the site
You may read, share and link to anything here. Please do not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it
- interfere with its availability for other people
- submit anything unlawful, or use the contact form to send bulk or automated messages

Our content
The text, design, layout, code and marks on this site belong to MindStack unless stated otherwise. Client names, logos and interface screenshots belong to their respective owners and appear here with permission.
Accuracy and no warranty
We write this site in good faith and keep it current, but we provide it "as is" and without warranties of any kind. Descriptions of past projects describe what we built for a particular client under particular constraints. They are not a promise of the same outcome, cost or timeline for your situation.
Technical opinions on this site are opinions. Please do not treat them as a substitute for advice on your own systems, which we would only give after actually looking at them.
